What happens next
We will acknowledge your request with a reference number. For security, we may need to verify your identity or authority before we disclose, change or delete information; we do this through a separate secure process and will contact you using the details you provide. We respond within the time allowed under the Cyber and Data Protection Act.
We only ask for the minimum information needed to find and act on your request. Please do not send identity documents, passwords, PINs or OTP codes through this form.
